For your privacy and ours, NOTNATTY currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only. We accept major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, Solana (SOL), and other supported coins displayed at checkout.

A. Place your order

Select your products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Once your order is submitted and payment is received, it will automatically be placed on a stock check hold.

B. Manual stock verification

Because we work directly with Alpha Pharma’s distribution network, inventory can change quickly due to high demand. Rather than relying solely on an online inventory count, we manually verify stock for every order. Within 24 hours, our team will confirm whether the products in your order are currently available. This additional step is part of our quality-control process and helps ensure that we only fulfill orders with products that are actually available.

C. Order confirmation

If all products in your order are confirmed in stock, you will receive a Stock & Order Confirmation notification. Your order will then be prepared for dispatch.

D. Express shipping

Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched within 2–4 business days via EMS Express Shipping, subject to carrier availability and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

E. If an item is out of stock

If any product in your order is unavailable when we perform our stock check, we will contact you regarding the order. If the unavailable product cannot be fulfilled, your payment for the affected order will be refunded to the originating payment address where technically possible, or to another address agreed upon with you.

We can ship anywhere in the world. You will receive your products in a plain, simple or discreet package.

NOTNATTY is built for comfortable and easy usage. A small minimum order of $100 applies so that shipping and processing stay worthwhile — beyond that, all customers are free to order whatever they want, in any amount they want. You need to make adjustments when coming off your cycle. This includes reducing your caloric intake and reducing your workout schedule. You may also need to use anti-estrogens after certain cycles to avoid side-effects.

There are short and long-term side-effects of steroids. We strongly advise you to become knowledgeable on and aware of all steroid side-effects before starting to use steroids. When used smartly, many side-effects can be avoided.

Of course we do — we are responsible for every order ever placed. We guarantee the fact of your possession of the ordered product. If it doesn’t arrive within 30 days after the expected date for international orders (15 days for domestic), let us know and we’ll reship it at no cost.

We take great care with our security systems and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible — that’s why our arrival and customs success rate is excellent.

In the case a package is seized, we guarantee we’ll reship it after we see the seizure letter from customs or the FDA. Please contact our support with your seizure documents and order number.

No — at the moment we do not offer domestic shipping.

As soon as your order ships, your tracking number and delivery estimate appear on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. You can also reach out to support with your order number any time and we’ll give you the current status and expected arrival date.

Yes, a signature is required because we ship via registered mail. But you don’t need to worry about this point — signing for a package means it has already passed customs. With years on the market, none of our customers have had problems here, so we assure you: it is safe.

It means we’ve released your order and begun shipping it. One part has already been sent and is on its way to you; the rest is still being processed and will ship within 24 hours after the first one left.

We use different mail services. Most packages are trackable, but tracking info is often not displayed right away — codes usually become traceable online 2–3 days after dispatch (see Shipping & Delivery).

Mail delays occur from time to time — the mail service is not always stable. Delays are usually small, but if a big delay occurs we ask you to wait up to 30 days past the expected date, then let us know if the package hasn’t arrived. After that, you’ll get further instructions.
