Turinabol

Turinabol is 4-chlorodehydro-methyltestosterone, an oral 17alpha-alkylated anabolic that became famous in the 1990s East German doping programme and has stayed on the black market ever since. The reason is a genuinely good profile: it is anabolic without being strongly androgenic, and - unusually - it does not aromatise to estrogen at all.

No aromatisation, real liver cost

Not converting to estrogen means no water retention and no need for an aromatase inhibitor, which is the reason it keeps coming up in cutting discussions. The cost is liver toxicity - 17alpha-alkylated compounds stress the liver, and Turinabol at 50mg a day is a meaningful load. It also suppresses your own testosterone, quite reliably, which surprises people who assume 'mild' means 'recovery-free'.

Verification

• Label should name 4-chlorodehydro-methyltestosterone or Turinabol explicitly, with mg per tablet.
• Sealed bottle, printed batch and expiry, tablets intact.
• Turinabol is a common counterfeit target - the name on the label should be specific, not just 'anabolic'.
• Store cool and dry.
