This blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment, in a 1:1 ratio for studies of complementary repair pathways. BPC-157 is researched for VEGF-driven angiogenesis, gut and tendon healing, and inflammatory modulation, while TB-500 is studied for actin cytoskeleton regulation, cell migration and reduced scar formation. The rationale for combining them is that angiogenesis and cell migration are sequential steps in tissue remodelling: new vessels must form before migrating cells can populate the repair site. Direct studies of the blend are limited, so researchers interpret results against the individual literature, including Sikiric and colleagues on BPC-157 (Current Pharmaceutical Design, 2011) and Goldstein and colleagues on thymosin beta-4 (Trends in Molecular Medicine, 2005), and include single-agent controls.
The preparation is used to model tendon and ligament repair, wound closure, joint recovery and post-injury remodelling, and to test whether the combination produces additive or synergistic effects. Each peptide is supplied at 10mg in a single 3ml research-grade vial, allowing controlled ratio experiments without separate reconstitution. Store the lyophilized blend at -20C, protect it from light, and reconstitute with bacteriostatic water according to institutional protocols. Common research questions concern the optimal BPC-157-to-TB-500 ratio, whether the combination changes the pharmacokinetics of either peptide, and how blend outcomes compare with sequential single-agent treatment.
This product is intended strictly for laboratory research by qualified professionals. It is not approved for human consumption, clinical treatment or therapeutic use. A 10/10mg vial yields a 1:1 mass ratio, so reconstituting with 3ml of diluent gives 3.33mg/ml of each peptide. That concentration suits studies that need several aliquots at matched ratios. Researchers should verify both peptide identities independently, because a blend can mask a substitution or truncation in one component. Endpoints commonly include tensile strength, collagen alignment, vascular density and inflammatory cell infiltration.
